Bob's Transmission is the best. I am a proud Volvo Owner and was having issues with my car shifting correctly. I had gotten many repairs done prior to taking my vehicle to Bob's and out of all the things i was told to fix none of them fixed the problem. I Immediately called Bob's Transmission and spoke with one of thier representatives name Karl and he asked me to bring the car in. We took the car on a test drive and thought we'd try fixing a valve on my vehicle. Karl made me feel safe with his work in the manner that he handle my situstion with compassion. He was very honest with me and made me feel assured that no matter what he was there to help me fix the problem with my car all the way. Thanks to God when Karl took a look at my car he found that a washing was out of place, i was amazed at this, i had spent too much money on several parts and no one, except Karl found this simple problem and made my life stress free. Karl was honest with me and gave me a gift that no one else seem to be able to give.. and that was a good shifting car, my baby running as good as she was before the issue started. So i say that if anyone is having any issues with thier vehicle take it to Bob's Transmission because one thing you can count on is honesty, compassion, kindness, and overall, Quality care. Dont think twice try them out for yourself and i'm sure you'll be more than satisfied. Thanks Again to all the staff at Bob's who's made my days and year more enjoyable and stress free!
